tristoneNash are pleased to be supporting one of our social housing clients to appoint a domestic electrician to work on responsive repair and EICR contracts across Bristrol & North Somerset
this will be a permanent role working in domestic properties carrying out general electrical repair work in occupied homes as well as test & inspect and EICR work
you will also be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, basic surveys and measurements in accordance with current working practices and all related health & safety legislation; and ensure properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard
Requirements
must be fully qualified Electrician with minimum 17th Edition, 2391/2394/5 Test and Inspection
must be fully qualified Electrician with minimum 18th Edition
level 3 NVQ in electrical installation
full driving license
2391, 2394/5 Test and Inspection desirable
ideally previous work experience on domestic properties within the social housing environment
ideally previous work experience on social housing properties within a maintenance capacity
