  • we are working with a social housing provider to assist them with the recruitment of a Customer Service Advisor to join their established contact centre team on a permanent basis in Bristol
  • the role will be providing an excellent customer service to tenants making inbound contact to the association with a range of queries and requests
  • collecting and updating customers records with profiling information to facilitate cost effective contact with customers

  • tristoneNash are pleased to be supporting one of our social housing clients to appoint a domestic electrician to work on responsive repair and EICR contracts across Bristrol & North Somerset
  • this will be a permanent role working in domestic properties carrying out general electrical repair work in occupied homes as well as test & inspect and EICR work
  • you will also be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, basic surveys and measurements in accordance with current working practices and all related health & safety legislation; and ensure properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard

Requirements

  • must be fully qualified Electrician with minimum 17th Edition, 2391/2394/5 Test and Inspection
  • must be fully qualified Electrician with minimum 18th Edition
  • level 3 NVQ in electrical installation
  • full driving license
  • 2391, 2394/5 Test and Inspection desirable
  • ideally previous work experience on domestic properties within the social housing environment
  • ideally previous work experience on social housing properties within a maintenance capacity
