Responsibility

  • we are working with a Housing Association who are looking for a Payments & Purchase Ledger Assistant on a full time basis
  • undertake day-to-day transactions with the purchase ledger cycles
  • timely processing of invoices, credits and payments
  • provide management information to the business partners, other directorates, executive and appropriate boards to aid decision making
  • review balance sheet accounts regularly to ensure accuracy
