Responsibility

  • working closely with Senior PM, engineers and designers to prioritise work that drives the product strategy of the team
  • gathering and documenting product requirements
  • using customer data, user research and industry trends to help identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features
  • tracking and helping report on key performance metrics internally
  • helping document, prepare updates and reports on product team progress
  • taking part in experimentation and product learning, and communicating the findings
  • deep diving into product data with the Product Data Analyst to prioritise and help shape better data informed decisions
  • supporting Senior PM in managing end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and discovery, through delivery, rollout and feedback
