Responsibility
to carryout development inspections as necessary to ensure Trinity Estates Management responsibilities are met
o Work with and build positive relationships customer formed groups such as RA’s, RMC’s, RTM etc
o To report to each client on a regular basis regarding the ongoing management of the development
o Attending meetings with customers and clients as required
ensuring development management strategies are produced, met and reviewed on a regular basis
ensuring development information is produced and distributed as necessary
to proactively communicate with customers regarding our management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed on a regular basis
ensuring Customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
Requirements
educated to ‘A’ Level standards or equivalent
GCSE grades A-C in English
associate level IRPM essential
relevant industry qualifications
must have at least 2yrs previous experience in a managerial position
advanced knowledge of Microsoft computer packages
customer service qualifications desirable
must have at least 3yrs experience in the residential property management sector
