Responsibility
- to carryout development inspections as necessary to ensure Trinity Estates Management responsibilities are met
- o Work with and build positive relationships customer formed groups such as RA’s, RMC’s, RTM etc
- o To report to each client on a regular basis regarding the ongoing management of the development

- ensuring development information is produced and distributed as necessary
- to proactively communicate with customers regarding our management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed on a regular basis
- ensuring Customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
- to liaise with our Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the
- development
- source, Appoint and Manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio
- to ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost effective
- manage developer clients to encourage New Business opportunities for Trinity
- property Manager is varied, and additional tasks may be added at any time
- to ensure all Health & Safety and Industry legislation is adhered to
- to support other Property Manager colleagues when necessary
- to effectively manage ad-hoc projects as required
- to actively source new business opportunities
- to ensure all monthly reporting is completed accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
- educated to ‘A’ Level standards or equivalent
- GCSE grades A-C in English
- associate level IRPM essential

- must have at least 2yrs previous experience in a managerial position
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft computer packages
- customer service qualifications desirable
- must have at least 3yrs experience in the residential property management sector
- previous experience of the Propman computer System
- A proven track record in customer services
- effective client handling skills
- must have a full UK driving license
- an ability to liaise with a range of people
- must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages
- must have negotiation skills
- A proven track record of budgeting and account management
- property Management: 1 year
- previous experience of contract management is essential
- IRPM: 1 year
- knowledge of the residential property management sector
- customer service: 1 year
- an understanding of leasehold property legislation
- previous dealings with Resident Management Company directors
