Responsibility

  • to carryout development inspections as necessary to ensure Trinity Estates Management responsibilities are met
  • o Work with and build positive relationships customer formed groups such as RA’s, RMC’s, RTM etc

  • the Conveyancing Paralegal is responsible for assisting with landlord and tenant matters, conveyancing, and property management agreement negotiations
  • handling conveyancing processes, including preparing and reviewing contracts, managing property transactions, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • completing property management agreement negotiations
  • managing a high volume of administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, and managing deadlines
  • acting as a liaison between the legal team, other departments, and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication
  • conducting legal research and providing updates on relevant property law developments
  • ensuring all tasks are completed with a high level of diligence and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • using the Land Registry to obtain legal title documents and to be able to investigate the title

Requirements

  • law degree or equivalent qualification
  • minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant field, ideally within conveyancing, landlord and tenant law or property management
  • strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
