- tribe Culture Change is seeking an Account Director to join our fast-paced growing team of sales professionals
- the appointment is linked to their strategic plan to accelerate the growth of our culture change and communications consultancy
- they have an ambitious plan to grow the business over the next 5 years
- uniquely these programmes comprise strategic consultancy and creative delivery
- account Directors will also be responsible for finding new clients for our subscription Chrysalis product
- the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong business development and sales capability focused on national and international Bluechip organisations
- ability to sell to the c-suite
- the Account Director achieves personal revenue targets through the development of sales leads, prospect qualification and managing the sales processes through to successful conclusion
Requirements
- excellent communication skills
- strong and established business development and sales experience to national and international corporate clients
- experience in conceptual selling
- consultancy services or similar complex sales
- experience in conceptual selling - consultancy services or similar complex sales
- commercially and financially astute
- excellent client relationship skills
