Responsibility

  • processing of weekly payroll for multiple payrolls
  • process starters and leavers - P45, Tax code updates
  • comply with and good knowledge of current legislation
  • understanding of Pension contributions and responsible for uploads to pension provider portal
  • process SMP, SSP SPP etc on a weekly basis
  • work closely within finance team to produce post payroll reports
  • liaising with the Operations team in the event of any queries
  • supporting the wider Payroll function when required
