- you will be responsible for
- be a self-starter who, being the first hire in this function, can strategically think about scaling the function and team
- be the evangelist for the value of consumer research in addressing the product’s needs
- we are looking for a Senior UX Researcher who sits on our Design Team focusing on understanding user behaviour, helping Product & Design teams uncover how to align customer values and business outcomes and provide effective and creative data driven design solutions
- work closely with cross-functional product teams to identify research topics, gather stakeholder requirements, and communicate actionable results
- define repeatable frameworks for streamlining UX research and unlocking self-serving at scale for Product & Design teams
