- fully qualified HGV mechanic
- valid Class 2 HGV driving licence
- proven experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, preferably within a commercial fleet environment
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- good organisational and time-management skills
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to vehicle workshops
- ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- ensure all work complies with Health and Safety regulations and company policies
- drive company vehicles as needed for operational purposes, including deliveries and vehicle inspection
- supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring timely and effective maintenance and repairs of HGVs and MOT preparation
