- to raise work orders, including a detailed & accurate description, while allocating the correct SORs
- liaison with Business Support Manager regarding daily manpower availability

- working 24 hours per week, flexible can accommodate school hours
- provide general administrative support as required for the Supervision, Enforcement, and wider Frontline teams
- dispatching of work to operatives using the most effective method
- update systems to provide oversight of available care market capacity
- following up any PO queries
- letter-typing and dealing with all manner of enquiries via telephone and email
- holiday exchange plan – buy or sell up to 5 days per annum
- sending POs for re-buys
- flexible in approach and able to priorities work appropriately
- issue provider contracts and individual placement agreements for CHC funded placements and care packages

- raising and scheduling of meter work orders and the deprogramming of meter orders and resolve problems
- engage compassionately and professionally with service users, families and representatives when identifying care packages and placements

- school hours between 9.30am to 2.30pm or 10am to 3pm are welcome or you may prefer an earlier start of 8am to 1pm

- provide administration for internal and external case team meetings and calls, including coordinating timing, sending out agendas, taking minutes and ensuring minutes are agreed, ensure all case related correspondence is saved appropriately to the document management system
- update database records of meter technical details on a daily basis
- receipting stock into the warehouse and administration
- be crossed skilled against Frontline Support work streams
- to manage the day to day running of the key works streams including, responsive maintenance, empty homes and planned improvements programs
