Responsibility
- project manage the delivery of software products through the entire development lifecycle to release
- ensure the team has appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively
- establish realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet hard deadlines
- resource Management for current projects and future pipeline
- monitor individual employees’ performance and identify and deal with training and development issues
- implementation of software development and product development processes, practices and tools. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones & deliverables
- being an adviser and influencer for software and product development methods across the organisation
- act as the central point of contact for other departments on development project statuses, including reporting on progress and status against plan to the Product Manager and Senior Management when required
