Responsibility

  • based in Cornwall, Trade Ivy Ltd is the parent company and owner of several successful and well-regarded U.K
  • lighting and electrical brands, including the highly regarded brand, The Soho Lighting Company
  • comply with the Health & Safety manual to protect our people and property and ensure a tidy, safe and organised warehouse
  • the central point of contact for the Customer Fulfilment team or delegated responsibilities on behalf of Operations
  • continuously improve efficiencies in the warehouse to save cost and maximise capacity
  • the package on offer is negotiable, dependent on experience and capability
  • ensure a timely and accurate execution of orders to reach the customer within the agreed time frame

Requirements

  • provide leadership and direction to the team to meet business and individual objectives
  • communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members and provide feedback where necessary
  • communicate effectively always, to ensure the team are on board
  • treat all colleagues, customers and Trade Ivy customers with dignity and respect
  • offer mentoring and/or coaching to help develop the skills and expertise of team members
  • maintain records as appropriate and ensure all related documents are filed in an orderly manner
  • maintain and update records relating to working practices and procedures for use by other team members
  • provide day to day line management support including holiday approvals, dealing with absences, etc
