Responsibility

  • documentation Record Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, databases, and documentation, including participant details, attendance records, evaluations, and feedback
  • support the Project/Programme lead by maintaining appropriate systems to enable effective planning and scheduling
  • communication Facilitate effective communication between trainers, trainees, and relevant stakeholders, disseminating training-related information, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries promptly
