documentation Record Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, databases, and documentation, including participant details, attendance records, evaluations, and feedback
support the Project/Programme lead by maintaining appropriate systems to enable effective planning and scheduling
communication Facilitate effective communication between trainers, trainees, and relevant stakeholders, disseminating training-related information, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries promptly
provide the first point of contact for a range of external organisations which will require excellent customer services communication skills
analytical skills Analyse information and feedback from training and other events and collate reports to present feedback Support in collating learning needs surveys and lead on producing reports from outcomes
