Responsibility
you plan the implementation of your concepts with change support and communication measures as well as performance indicators
you analyze the needs of our European organization in order to harmonize leadership and cooperation and to make them even more professional and motivating
you design needs-based instruments, processes and specific measures across the entire HR life cycle, from pre- and onboarding to talent management, classic learning, management culture and planning career steps
you assume responsibility for certain life cycle processes as an expert in order to regularly support the business lines in implementation in close cooperation with the HR business partners
you act as a key account for a business line and advise FK and talents in the implementation of development and change measures
