Requirements

Responsibility
- you plan the implementation of your concepts with change support and communication measures as well as performance indicators
- you analyze the needs of our European organization in order to harmonize leadership and cooperation and to make them even more professional and motivating
- you design needs-based instruments, processes and specific measures across the entire HR life cycle, from pre- and onboarding to talent management, classic learning, management culture and planning career steps
- you assume responsibility for certain life cycle processes as an expert in order to regularly support the business lines in implementation in close cooperation with the HR business partners
- you act as a key account for a business line and advise FK and talents in the implementation of development and change measures
