Responsibility

  • assist in the preparation and analysis of cost estimates and budgets for fit-out projects
  • support in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring best value for money
  • monitor project cost control and financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints
  • prepare and assess valuations, variations, and final accounts
