Responsibility
- assist in the preparation and analysis of cost estimates and budgets for fit-out projects
- support in the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring best value for money
- monitor project cost control and financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints
- prepare and assess valuations, variations, and final accounts
- assist in the management of contracts, including reviewing terms, issuing instructions, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations

- knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts is desirable
