Requirements
- previous work experience in a similar role outbound sales role
- highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- proactive and able to work on own initiative, or with minimal support
- willingness to work flexibly to meet the reasonable needs of the Company
- ability to be adaptable and to sell technically based solutions and services
- A good working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft packages
Responsibility
- analyse existing and potential customer base to identify and secure business development opportunities
- build and maintain new customer enquiry pipeline through prospecting via, cold calling, written communication and social media
- maximising sales opportunities across products and services offered
- follow up all leads self-discovered or existing from introduction to conclusion
- issue proposals and perform follow up communications with customers within defined timescales
- coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments within the business
- keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, utilising external systems such as LinkedIn etc
- stay informed about competitor activities and market trends
