TOTAL NEGOTIATION is looking for employees for positions:

key account manager

Responsibility

  • establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • develop and execute strategic account management plans to drive growth
  • collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
  • act as the primary point of contact for key clients, responding to inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately
  • manage all internal and external client stakeholder relationships
  • manage internal CRM processes and data on behalf of key clients
  • obtain client feedback from work and create future proposals
  • conduct account reviews and make recommendations for improvements This is a home-based role but travel to our office in Henley will be required

Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • commercial sales experience within consumer goods, consulting or B2B preferred
  • proven track record of driving business growth through successful account management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • ability to work autonomously
  • ability to travel to Henley on Thames
