Responsibility
- establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- develop and execute strategic account management plans to drive growth
- collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- act as the primary point of contact for key clients, responding to inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately
- manage all internal and external client stakeholder relationships
- manage internal CRM processes and data on behalf of key clients
- obtain client feedback from work and create future proposals
- conduct account reviews and make recommendations for improvements This is a home-based role but travel to our office in Henley will be required
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- commercial sales experience within consumer goods, consulting or B2B preferred
- proven track record of driving business growth through successful account management
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- ability to work autonomously
- ability to travel to Henley on Thames
