Responsibility
- strategically plan and manage logistics, dental case movements and supplies
- day-to-day dental laboratory operations
- serve as a liaison between internal dental departments to ensure laboratory case deadlines are met and delivered to clients
- manage the schedule and carry out of all receiving/shipping duties
- keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- arrange, catalog and plan routes and process shipments
- partner with vendors to maintain a continuous supply of laboratory consumables
- resolve any arising problems or complaints
Requirements
- having a history of working in a production dental laboratory is a plus
- knowledge of finances
- having experience working at a fast-growing office is a plus
- ability to work in a team environment
- ability to cognitively switch between different types of projects with low stress
- autonomous self-organiser who can balance and organise own schedule and day to maximize productivity
- excellent communications skills
- great execution to scale laboratory operations based on operational needs
