TOPBOND PLC is looking for employees for positions:

- familiarising themselves with the Company Health and safety Policy
- location: Sittingbourne
- contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
- contract: 40 hrs per week, 21 days holiday and bank holidays
- hours of work: 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday
- ensuring that the environmental effects of the company's activities are assessed and
- ensuring that safety devices are fitted, properly adjusted and maintained
- experience of carpentry and mould making
- CSCS card
- understanding of health and safety issues
- supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
- lead and manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors
- ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- monitor and control project schedules to meet deadlines
- conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues
- coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to the construction site
- collaborate with project managers to communicate progress and challenges
- enforce safety standards and practices, conducting safety meetings as required
- proven experience as a Construction Site Foreman
- in-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
- excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A trade qualification or relevant construction certification is preferred
- abseiling experience / qualification
- develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders
- lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- oversee the procurement process, including the selection of subcontractors and suppliers
- monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact timelines or budgets
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues
- conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients
- proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a desire to advance in their career on challenging and exciting projects
- strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
