  • hours of work: 7am – 4pm Monday to Friday
  • ensuring that the environmental effects of the company's activities are assessed and
  • ensuring that safety devices are fitted, properly adjusted and maintained

Requirements

  • experience of carpentry and mould making
  • CSCS card
  • understanding of health and safety issues

site supervisor

Responsibility

  • supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site
  • lead and manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors
  • ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
  • monitor and control project schedules to meet deadlines
  • conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues
  • coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to the construction site
  • collaborate with project managers to communicate progress and challenges
  • enforce safety standards and practices, conducting safety meetings as required

Requirements

  • proven experience as a Construction Site Foreman
  • in-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety protocols
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
  • knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
  • excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • A trade qualification or relevant construction certification is preferred
  • abseiling experience / qualification

junior project manager

Responsibility

  • develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project stakeholders
  • lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • oversee the procurement process, including the selection of subcontractors and suppliers
  • monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact timelines or budgets
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues
  • conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients

  • proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a desire to advance in their career on challenging and exciting projects
  • strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • project Management: 1 year
