Requirements
- 3 Years of experience in a product management role
- experience using Agile methodologies with documentation tools such as Jira & Confluence
- experience in a software/web development environment or background
- demonstrated ability to develop practical, workable solutions. Skilled at learning and applying new technology tools
Responsibility
- ruthlessly prioritise work from multiple channels, including customer-facing, client-facing, and internal-facing interfaces
- build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client base
- define success metrics and KPIs and monitor ongoing product performance, taking action where necessary to improve performance
- undertake competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- create user stories that clearly articulate identified customer problems for the team building the solution
- build and optimise products and features to help care seekers find the best possible care options for their unique needs and preferences
- ensure a clear understanding of customer needs by drawing on user research, voice of the customer insights, and analysis of performance data
- work with engineering teams to define and deliver solutions that meet established growth goals
