Responsibility
- we have an opportunity within the Cyber Centre of Excellence for an Administrator to join Tokio Marine Holdings
- you will report to the Global Head of Cyber Risk and will support them to manage and develop the CCoE function that manages our global cyber insurance line of business
- the role includes responsibilities such as completing key team administrative tasks such as diary management, booking travel, completing expenses and reporting to home office through bi-weekly minutes
- the ideal candidate will be methodological and self-driven, with the ability to operate in an agile team environment
- you will be expected to coordinate CCoE away days and report outputs to home office, in addition to organising key meetings with senior stakeholders on behalf of the global head of cyber risk
- in addition to this, you will assist the GHCR in delivery of the annual cyber summit, including coordinating administrative tasks, helping set out the budget and liaising with external speakers and internal contributors from our group companies

Responsibility
- building new solutions i.e. ETL data pipelines/databases/dashboards/APIs to support analytics capabilities

- evaluate and underwrite portfolio-based insurance solutions on a cross-class basis
- underwrite the portfolio through a number of different distribution channels including broker facilities, algorithmic platforms, consortia and coverholders
- develop and maintain a pipeline of new underwriting opportunities through market research and liaison with brokers and clients
- ensure alignment with underwriting guidelines, risk appetite and TMK’s strategic vision
- conduct in-depth analysis of client portfolios using actuarial, statistical and modelling tools and functions
- triage new submissions to ensure alignment to TMK’s underwriting appetite and data/information quality requirements
- identify trends, correlations, and diversification benefits to inform underwriting decisions

- take responsibility for awareness and keeping up to date with changes (e.g

- further embed, sophisticate and evolve the Operational Resilience approach to ensure it remains relevant and aligned to business circumstances and external change
- ensure that business wide, there is awareness and training in place for Operational Resilience and that it is fully embedded, working with the wider Risk Management team to foster a strong risk culture
- leverage the wider collaboration with CISO , Procurement, and Business Change to input into the overall Operational Resilience approach
- ensure that the board, Executive and Operations Committee and Senior Management teams are equipped with the relevant information needed to make decisions on Operational Resilience through scheduled board submissions, day-to-day activities and also during disruption
