- togetherall provides a clinically managed and 24/7 moderated anonymous online service to many people with anxiety, depression and other common mental health issues, it’s a unique and scalable platform in the mental health space and its changing lives
- location: UK - Remote
- reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Growth, UK, the Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts in the UK
- this role is focused on strategic account management to support the success, retention and growth of clients, including managing an upsell opportunity pipeline
- as a Togetherall Account Manager focused on employers, you’ll be proactively keeping in touch with clients, ensuring that they are happy, developing and managing those relationships to retain existing business, and offering the best solutions to maximise opportunities as well as driving the commercial renewal process within each account
