  • some of the core responsibilities of this role are
  • handle requests for Eyecare packs and SEE vouchers ensuring the appropriate materials are provided to the client in a timely manner
  • the main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our Smart Employee Eyecare division and to promote Duncan and Todd's Corporate Eyecare/SEE to potential clients and ensure existing client’s requirements are fulfilled
  • assist with the monthly stock take, ensuring accurate stock levels are recorded and any discrepancies highlighted to the Corporate Manager
  • deal with queries from existing clients to ensure their requirements are fulfilled, e.g. dealing with clients’ employees, dispatch of stationery to nominated personnel, invoice queries and any other relevant task
  • any other duties as required to assist in the smooth running of the department
  • process Eyecare forms and vouchers and record and process sight tests and spectacle orders as appropriate, ensuring all queries, cancellations and non-conformance are noted and acted upon
  • being first point of contact of all customer related queries
