Responsibility
- supporting the heart of house team by ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained in the kitchen
- ensuring all cooking pots, pans, utensils, dishes and cutlery are washed and sanitise to a high standard
- maintaining the dish washing area to ensure highest levels of safety and sanitisation
- supporting heart of house team and wider venue as and when needed

- we launched our first venue at The O2, Greenwich in 2021 and have confirmed our next UK opening in Birmingham! We aim to have 30 venues within the UK in the next ten years, in parallel to overseas expansion
Requirements
- as a Kitchen Porter, you will work with your kitchen team to ensure smooth heart of house operations at our venue
- enthusiastic, friendly, dynamic and self motivated individual
- passionate for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn from teammates in order to progress
- A willingness and desire to make people happy and deliver genuine and memorable experiences
- A great attitude and work ethic, if you can bring this, we’ll help with the rest
