Responsibility

  • to affectively converse with internal and external key stakeholders
  • to undertake administrative tasks, ensuring that the business unit has adequate support to work efficiently
  • co-ordinate the Technical and Client Support business unit activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • to provide onsite administrative support to one of the technical support teams
  • update records and databases
  • submit timely reports and prepare presentations, as assigned
  • validate and process returns management approval requests from retailers and distributers
  • provide basic invoice reconciliation to the finance team

Education

  • minimum of A level , or demonstrable relevant work experience
  • experience in a senior administration role, ideally working across multiple stakeholders
  • ideally hold a valid driving licence due to location of office and occasional site visits

Requirements

  • experience as a senior office administrator or relevant role is desirable but not essential
  • outstanding communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi task
  • demonstrable experience in working with key stakeholders at all levels
  • ability to prioritise workload
  • excellent listening skills
  • ability to be proactive and work on your own, sometimes without direction
  • ability to work with an offsite client and a line manager who is also based at an alternative location
