TMTI is looking for employees for positions:
- to affectively converse with internal and external key stakeholders
- to undertake administrative tasks, ensuring that the business unit has adequate support to work efficiently
- co-ordinate the Technical and Client Support business unit activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- to provide onsite administrative support to one of the technical support teams
- update records and databases
- submit timely reports and prepare presentations, as assigned
- validate and process returns management approval requests from retailers and distributers
- provide basic invoice reconciliation to the finance team
- minimum of A level , or demonstrable relevant work experience
- experience in a senior administration role, ideally working across multiple stakeholders
- ideally hold a valid driving licence due to location of office and occasional site visits
- experience as a senior office administrator or relevant role is desirable but not essential
- outstanding communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi task
- demonstrable experience in working with key stakeholders at all levels
- ability to prioritise workload
- excellent listening skills
- ability to be proactive and work on your own, sometimes without direction
- ability to work with an offsite client and a line manager who is also based at an alternative location
