Responsibility
- an experienced, Family Law Solicitor / Legal Executive required to join a highly regarded and established firm of solicitors
- knowledge of care proceedings work and advocacy would be advantageous
- the successful candidate must have experience of dealing with a varied Family Law caseload including divorce, ancillary relief, pre-nuptial agreements, co-habitation agreements and civil partnership dissolutions
Requirements
- ability to run own caseload from start to finish with sound knowledge and a proven track record
- family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE
- willing to actively market and seek new instructions to expand and develop the existing department
- good verbal and written communication skills together with an organised and methodical approach to working with excellent attention to detail
- A polite, cheerful attitude, particularly when meeting clients
- A committed and self-motivated individual who can work as part of a friendly team
- qualified Family Law Solicitor / Legal Executive: 1 year
- family Law: 2 years
