  • updating our bespoke online system Fastlane with operative and client information
  • involvement in the onboarding and induction process of the operatives withing the different operational divisions of traffic management, construction and logistics
  • keeping the training matrix up to date
  • communicating with suppliers and operatives on email and phone
  • providing all round admin back up to the operations consultants
