• as a Field Support Engineer, you will be providing support in our Technical Support Department providing support for the Lifts

• making Sure Navision is up to date with the relevant information provided by Branches

Requirements

• proven customer service skills and with a high level of organisation
• excellent telephone manner whilst dealing with complex situations
• the ability to be agile and flexible with the ability to prioritise accordingly
