this role will involve dealing with customers face to face, over the phone and via email
you will process quotations and orders on our Window Designer software system of which training will be provided
you will guide customers through the quotation and order process providing any assistance should they require it
you will make a courtesy call to any outstanding quotations to answer any queries the customer may have
you will assist customers with collections
you will undertake any other general administrative duties which arise on a daily basis

Responsibility
delivering products in our 3.5 tonne vehicles throughout the midlands
assisting with loading and unloading the van
checking delivery notes and signing off with customer
taking payments for non account customers
regular communication with customers keeping them updated if there are any delays
developing positive relationships with customers
Requirements
excellent knowledge of the midlands geography preferable
strong transport knowledge preferable
experience in dealing with customers within the commercial sector preferable
