TIMPORTS is looking for employees for positions:
- working alongside the directors you will drive new business and sales, both wholesale and direct to businesses
- you will ensure that sales are also delivered end to end, and that customer service is key
- achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives
- working with the directors to ensure good understanding of the business. Management of door to door container shipping service
- build a good working rapport with customers and understand their needs
- alongside the directors implementing a stock management and customer relationship management system

- 5 years in sales
- working in a sales environment for at least 5 years
- experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- knowledge of container logistics would be beneficial, though not essential
- full UK driving license
- excellent communication, time management skills and interpersonal skills
- background of cold calling and prospecting new accounts is essential
- experience in arranging meetings and travel schedule
- supporting with and overview of bookkeeping and bank/balance sheet reconciliations, purchase ledger payments and credit control overview
- monthly accounts review and preparation – including developing relevant KPI reporting to support Director decision making
- cashflow forecasting and weekly reporting to Directors
- preparation and review of annual budgets
- preparation of quarterly UK VAT returns and liaison with external accountants regarding Irish VAT returns
- liaison with external accountants for monthly payroll processing and annual statutory reporting
- designing and implementing relevant processes and systems to enable smooth running of the financial function
