- with the expansion of our services we have an amazing opportunity for a Supported Living registered manager for our Personal Care Portfolio of Clients
- salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience as this role requires someone who is flexible. Monday-Friday ,9am-5pm
Requirements
- lead and manage the supported living personal care team to deliver the best possible outcomes over multiple sites
- take the lead on critical issues
- make sure the service is CQC compliant
- adhere to the companies Policies and Procedures
- develop the team to achieve their highest potential
- assist with recruitment
- identify new ideas and working practices, with long-term improvement capability
- celebrate success and bringing a positive mindset to work
