Responsibility
- tiggers @ Tetbury are looking for an exceptional Nursery Practitioner to lead a team working with children aged birth-15 months
- the Day Nursery is split across 6 bright and versatile rooms
- we follow the Curiosity Approach and encourage the children to grow, thrive and learn using natural open-ended resources
- our "In the moment planning" system, ensures that we continually provide exciting, engaging and challenging learning opportunities for each individual child
- ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard
- providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required
- being involved in the recruitment of staff, including but not limited to, shortlisting, interviewing and observing safer recruitment practices
