as Partnership Manager you will be leading on promoting the programme, working closely with our Marketing Officers and centralised marketing team to ensure a systematic approach is taken to generating referrals and developing successful working partnerships
you will be working towards referral targets in a variety of areas including health inequalities, client engagement, referral volumes and relationship management in order to optimise the performance of the programme
