Requirements
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends when required and be part of a 24/7 on-call service
- ability to work across identified contract area and travel for training and meeting purposes
- car driver with use of car for work purposes
- management or Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent to Diploma/ Degree/NVQ 5 or equivalent work level experience
- experience of supporting women, men and children who have been subject to domestic violence and abuse and/or sexual violence and abuse/stalking
- experience of undertaking strengths, needs & risk assessments including DASH RIC
- experience of effective multi-agency and partnership working and managing complex and demanding service functions
- experience of managing, supporting, supervising, motivating and developing teams and individuals
Responsibility
- ensure that all staff update the case management system with up to date and accurate information. I ensure that the information captured addresses all KPI's and other contractual and service requirements
