Requirements
- previous experience in a supervisor level is preferred
- experience in a similar style of restaurant/hotel is also desirable
- the hotel has 2 restaurants - The London Carriage works a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, and 1931 a relaxed dining restaurant
- we are open 365 days a year, including Christmas

- with 151 bedrooms and suites and first class private dining, conference and events spaces, a spa, executive lounge, and private cinema, we are also expanding to include a club-room and suites and bedrooms
