- we are looking for some one with a good personality and pride in their work to help develop our team.You will be treated with respect and have a genuine input into our operations.We are not pub/ restaurantchain .You will be supervising in one of the few pubs in Ealing that serves fresh homemade food
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/restaurant
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or food production environment
- strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, and drink recipes
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- supervising experience: 1 year
- restaurant management: 1 year
- bar management: 1 year
