  • this is an exciting opportunity to break the cycle of homelessness which some females experience
  • both services aim to support women out of homelessness
  • we are looking for an individual who is passionate, committed, and enthusiastic about making a real
  • and positive difference to the lives of women affected by homelessness
  • the Womens’ Services Coordinator will support the service manager and team to ensure the provision of high standards within, Annesgate our 10 bed nightly ‘crash’ and Catherine House our new innovative 10-unit therapeutic housing scheme
  • uphold a low threshold, high tolerance ethos; to promote the principles of harm reduction; trauma informed and gender specific support and, to maintain a person-centred and empowering approach to service delivery
  • the women staying at both schemes will have a variety of complex and multiple needs resulting in significant histories of trauma, repetitive periods of homelessness and will have struggled to engage with other support services
