this 4 Star hotel has 42 bedrooms, a restaurant and brasserie, and an extensive range of conference, banqueting and fine dining facilities
we have an opportunity to recruit a Junior Sous Chef, on a full time permanent basis, 40 hours per week, who is able to assist the Head Chef & Sous Chef, ensuring statutory obligations are met and kitchen profit is achieved
our successful candidate will be able to carry out preparation and the delivery of menus on time in line with company brand standards, and contribute to the design and development of new dishes
