  • we aim to provide a unique dining experience to our customers in line with our highly reputable brand
  • mix and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers' specifications
  • we are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic part-time bartender to join our team
  • provide excellent customer service and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • take and process drink orders in a timely manner
  • maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas of the premises
  • follow all beverage and food safety procedures

Requirements

  • previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
  • excellent knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious beverages
  • must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • availability to work on Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as flexibility for additional shifts as needed
  • DBS check required – Will be reimbursed upon completion of probation period

kitchen porter

  • we are looking for a Full-time Kitchen Porter, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen
  • assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces
  • you will work closely with our kitchen team to maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring all back-of-house activities are carried out efficiently
  • ensuring the proper disposal of waste and adhering to health and safety regulations
  • supporting the kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or washing ingredients
  • candidates pay will be considered DOE

Requirements

  • basic understanding of food hygiene practices and health and safety regulations
  • strong ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
