- this post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week
- this programme includes a mix of new building construction and refurbishment schemes
- you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations in line with project requirements and budgets
- we are seeking to appoint a Senior Estates Project Manager to assist in the delivery of our ambitious and exciting campus development projects
- with a significant planned capital expenditure programme, we are looking to ensure the delivery of high quality and dynamic teaching and learning spaces to support our University strategy and future growth
- an occupational pension scheme with incremental pay progression and cost of living allowances
- you will have a proven ability in managing full lifecycle programmes, planning and prioritising work, engaging and leading with professional consultants as well as internal stakeholders
- educated to degree level with a professional qualification , you will have substantial experience of managing a broad and complex project portfolio across multiple sites, including new building construction projects valuing over £20m
