Responsibility

  • we run a fast paced gastro pub in rural hertfordshire , the food is cooked freshly to a high standard
  • the owners both coming from a Michelin background in fine dining
  • the right candidate would need to have similar experience of a high pressure , high quality kitchen
  • would need to be able to run a section , orders for that section, mise en place and food safety
  • we are looking for a hard working jovial charactered team player to join our 7 man brigade
  • it is a hands on position with bonuses related to gp's and food safety applicable
  • there is a healthy service charge and performance related profits are in place for the kitchen team
  • candidates must be local and be able to travel independently
