Responsibility

  • to ensure activity plan is followed and targets are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • to look after all prospective and current members throughout their membership journey
  • support the development of the corporate relationships for The Thames Club with local businesses
  • support development and maintenance of a thorough member benefits programme with support from the management team
  • contribute ideas to increase activity, sales or enquiry numbers when required
  • support marketing plan including leaflet distribution, outreach events etc
  • ensure all sales and membership paperwork is completed accurately
  • to update and / or send end of day reports to keep management informed of daily activity
