- employ spray equipment and techniques to achieve even and consistent paint coverage, minimizing overspray and ensuring efficient material usage
- they should also be comfortable working with ladders, possess excellent safety awareness, and hold a valid full driving license
- apply paints according to specifications, achieving the desired finish, colours, and texture
- safely erect and use ladders as required to access elevated surfaces, demonstrating confidence and competence in ladder usage
- the ideal candidate should have a proven track record of on-site experience, particularly in uPVC window re-spraying, garage door re-spraying, and shop front re-spraying
- inspect painted surfaces for any inconsistencies, blemishes, or defects and rectify them promptly
- paint Application: Utilize expertise in PU paints to select appropriate paints and coatings for various uPVC surfaces
Requirements
- proven experience as a uPVC paint sprayer, specializing in PU paints
- demonstrated track record of on-site work, specifically in uPVC window re-spraying, garage door re-spraying, and shop front re-spraying
- proficient in the selection and application of PU paints for uPVC surfaces
- comfortable and confident working on ladders and elevated surfaces
- strong attention to safety protocols and the proper use of personal protective equipment
- excellent eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients
- valid and clean full driving license for transportation to job sites
