Responsibility

  • mix liquids using shaking, stirring, and pouring methods
  • prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks
  • present drinks to customers in a timely manner
  • handle money
  • be familiar with all laws that apply to the selling of alcohol
  • have an understanding of all beverage brands available for sale at the bar
  • maintain a clean and sanitary bar area at all times
  • we're looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Bartender. Successful candidates must be able to communicate with customers, be self-motivated and possess excellent customer service skills, and must have prior experience bartending

chef/cook

Responsibility

  • assiting plate and serve events / functions and parties
  • assisting the Kitchen team with final food preparation
  • preparing of buffets and canape services
  • keeping the kitchen clean and well presented at all times whilst adhering to all Compoany set and government set health and safety guidelines
  • working directly with our Head Chef and his Sous Chef

Requirements

  • outgoing personality
  • attention to detail
  • basic Knife skills
  • previous cook or chef experience essential to junior CDP level or above
  • street: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work

bar staff
