- to maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety

- greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

- prepare and serve food items from the kitchen
- the main purpose of this job is to ensure our guests receive the highest quality of customer service at all times and to assist the daily operational running of the bar, dining areas and cellar
