- ensure the efficient and effective delivery of daily catering operations and designated services
- manage the Catering Operations to achieve sales and budget targets
- effective management of the team to ensure the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results
- deliver the highest possible standard of food with the resources available and to budget
- actively seek and identify opportunities and innovation for business growth & development with focus on best practices
- liaise with school business managers through various communication methods
- motivate and coach staff to perform to the highest standards, in line with Company Policy
- implement food safety policies where applicable
