Requirements

  • work Experience
  • proven experience as an In-Room Dining server or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • experience in working in Front Office Reception within a hotel
  • we are looking for an exceptional individual with Front Office experience at day and/or night
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
  • passion for Customer Service
  • the candidate will require proven skills to liaise with different departments in order to achieve and exceed guest expectations
  • strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building, motivation, and performance management
