- attend shift briefings proactively by listening and asking relevant questions
- conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, provide feedback, and foster a positive working environment
- manage the room inventory in order to best accommodate guests preferences while maximizing the revenue at the front office
- managing the host/hostesses scheduling to ensure that all areas are consistently and appropriately manned and staffed
- promoting and ensuring all hosts attend the relevant training programs and training offered

Requirements
- work Experience
- proven experience as an In-Room Dining server or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- experience in working in Front Office Reception within a hotel
