Responsibility
- 3-4 Evening & Weekend shifts
- oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including both front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- manage and coordinate the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely service
- monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales
- train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation standards
- ability to effectively manage a diverse team and motivate staff members
- exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- proficient in using restaurant management software and POS systems
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
