Responsibility
- the Receptionist position is an integral part of the team
- ensure prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests
- the Receptionist will greet and assist all guests in a professional and courteous manner

- the Receptionist will answer incoming calls and transfer calls to the appropriate team member
- greet guests and direct them to appropriate staff members
- ensure all sales enquiries about the hotel are dealt with swiftly to ensure revenue is maximised for the venue
- answer incoming phone calls
- general FOH/reception duties
- handle general enquiries
- the ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
- representing the company with a positive attitude and a professional appearance
- perform other duties as assigned by Management or Supervisor
- work well with all departments to ensure the highest guest experience is always delivered
- the Receptionist will assist in checking in/checking our guests, dealing with enquiries, responding to emails and assisting the rest of the team with the day to day running of the hotel reception
Requirements
- reception: 1 year
- administrative experience: 1 year
