Responsibility

  • the Receptionist position is an integral part of the team
  • the Receptionist will greet and assist all guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • the Receptionist will answer incoming calls and transfer calls to the appropriate team member
  • greet guests and direct them to appropriate staff members
  • answer incoming phone calls
  • handle general enquiries
  • the ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • this position is an average of 3 days per week, 8 hour shifts with a combination of mornings,afternoons and evenings

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements
