Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- communicating with customers via verbal and written communication
- communicating with suppliers via verbal and written communication
- organising engineers to deal with emergency property maintenance
- run daily checks for all reservations, ensuring payment has been made and T&C's have been signed
- create, distribute and organise house-keeping schedules
- dealing with customer complaints
- you'll have to bring excellent organisation and communication skills on a daily in a fast moving environment
- any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested
Requirements
- experience of telephone based customer focused service delivery
- ability to remain organised and productive in a busy working environment
- experience of working in an organised and effective manner and maintaining high standards during busy periods
- ability to communicate effectively and professionally and interact with customers and colleagues
- ability to communicate effectively and professhionally and interact with customers and colleagues
- demonstrate adaptability in meeting customer needs
- no experience of the Property or hospitality industry necessary, although experience of a similar role would be beneficial
- ability to deal with conflicting priorities and remain calm under pressure
