Responsibility
overseeing bar team performance, identifying areas for improvement; training requirements and recognition/reward system
handling team members, ensuring co-operation and creation of the best experience for guests
streamlining operations to enable staff to perform optimally
overseeing the hiring of new team members required for the business
ensuring and measuring guest satisfaction including checks on the bar, encouraging reviews
reporting business performance utilising the software system within the Club
inventory control. Keeping track of hardware and bar items; identifying and ordering appropriate items for the club. Being a main point of contact for bar deliveries and ensuring they are entered into the stock control system
managing finance. Setting and managing of budgets, approving timesheets and supplying payroll with timely information to ensure staff are paid on time monthly
Requirements
3-5 years experience in a hospitality role
2 years in a supervisory/management role
