previous experience & confidence in managing a kitchen team is essential for this role

working Hours: Upto 48 hours a week including evenings & weekends
as our Sous Chef, you will help lead a team to be proud of, enjoy delivering excellent food standards as well as working with quality fresh ingredients to deliver our seasonal menus in a friendly and supportive environment
your Role: Here at the Finchs Arms, food quality & looking after people is the key
as a key member of the kitchen team, you will have an attention to detail to ensure all dishes are prepared to spec as per your Head Chef's instructions and passing this down to the rest of the team
you will also support your Head Chef with food ordering, stock management & maintaining a high standard of cleanliness within the kitchen
